Our intention at all times is to produce marketing /business development results that are supportive and profitable to our clients; we do this either on a project or retained service basis.

How do we do it
We listen to our customers. We help them to establish their Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) to develop effective plans.
Often we will produce a series of options that will resolve, optimise or develop new approaches or service offerings; clients can choose to implement them in-house or appoint us throughout part or the whole process.
An Example
We recently produced a marketing plan for a large specialist fit-out contractor. It was delivered in full and the results were outstanding. The company moved up in its existing sectors (retail and commercial office fit-out) and moved smoothly into three new sectors. As part of the exercise new services were developed and new clients obtained.
Our technical knowledge of the construction industry and its various processes and systems, its supply chain and extensive marketing experience, uniquely allows us to help all types and size of organisation from local, regional and national construction companies, specialist sub-contractors, product and component manufacturers to suppliers and professional consulting firms.
